About Me
After retiring I also tried my hand at gardening.  This was all new to me and it was difficult at first but I have grown to love it.  Below is a picture of my aerogarden.  This is used for inhouse growing.  I am growing lettuce and will update the picture as my garden grows.
week 1 through 5
We have been having extreme weather in Northern Texas lately and I haven't started planting outside yet.  I do, however, have starter plants in the house and can't wait to plant them in the ground.  I have one growing system in my backyard.  When you purchase a box plus all the materials you need to grow it's called a system.  I have 1 earthbox  system and plan to buy another.
Jaylan the Chunkie Chip Cookie Kid
It all started at the Dessert Stop in Pensacola,FL.

Then after that my cookie business started growing. I even told my family that I wanted to go all around the world and be noticed about my cookies. So now I am going to keep up with my business and put my cookies on another level
.

I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and have tasted Jaylan's diabetic cookies and must say they are absolutely delicious. Jaylan added the diabetic cookies to his mouth watering cookie menu because his grandfather is diabetic.

   Kids Do The Darndest Things

While visiting my son and his family I witnessed my precious little grand daughter finding herself stuck between her mattress and bed railing.

In keeping with the unwritten grandparents code, which is:

"Always keep a camera close by,
for you can't take pictures with the naked eye."

I was armed and ready to capture the event.
